Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If for some reason we need more time to process the order we will call or send an email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
S.A.A.R. Mfg. Corp cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes. All Items must be shipped to a physical address.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After you complete the transaction. a confirmation order number will be sent to your email address, Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
S.A.A.R. Mfg. Corp is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We're sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations.
If product is defective, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product.
We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, in cases of buyer’s remorse returns there will be a 25% restocking fee.
We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
